STEM Unites was founded by Riya Mehta and Samir Patel in 2022, two passionate university students committed to igniting a love for STEM among younger generations.

Meet the 2024-2025 Presidents

Meet Matthew, the other co-president of STEM Unites and a senior high school student from Nanaimo, Canada. With a wide range of interests, including coding, music, science, and healthcare, Matthew is driven by the transformative power of STEM. As co-president of STEM Unites, he hopes to provide resources, opportunities, and information to inspire and guide aspiring STEM enthusiasts.

Meet Rojina, one of the co-presidents of STEM Unites and a senior high school student from Calgary, Canada. Rojina is driven by a fascination for the diverse disciplines of STEM, notably biological studies, and has steadfast ambitions to pursue a career in healthcare. Through STEM Unites, she hopes to help cultivate a dynamic STEM community for youth and share resources to inspire her fellow peers.
